This class freaks me out on a weekly basis. I walk out of almost every lecture even more motivated to pursue a healthier lifestyle.
It is so easy to modify your daily routine, and to achieve results that will extend your quality of life. Simple things like taking the stairs, starting and sticking to an exercise routine (no matter how simple), eating healthier (you know you should- just do it already), educating yourself (be aware of what you’re putting into your body and what nutrients your diet may be lacking in), continuously challenge yourself (mind and body), etc.
These are all things that I am sure that you have heard a hundred times over, but you can’t keep pushing your health off. Do what you can and start now.
